As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Deveillance, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams with the tools, training, and content they need to excel. Key Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding: Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs and modules for new hires and existing sales team members.

Sales Collateral Creation: Develop sales presentations, demos, one-pagers, and other materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Tools Management: Implement and manage sales tools, ensuring that they are optimized for our sales processes and integrated with other business systems.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to determine where improvements can be made and provide actionable insights.

Feedback Loop: Serve as a liaison between the sales and product/marketing teams, ensuring that feedback from the field is used to enhance our offerings and strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement strategies and iterate based on findings.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role

Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
