Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy Development: Craft and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve set revenue goals and expand Deveillance's market share.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.

Performance Management: Monitor and assess individual and team performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary coaching or training interventions.

Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders within the region.

Sales Forecasting: Regularly review sales data and trends, providing accurate sales forecasts and insights to senior management.

Market Insights: Stay updated with regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform and adjust sales strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
